We will try to accommodate your preferred appointment time where possible, with your preferred GP, but emergencies must be given priority.
Standard appointment bookings are 10 minutes – should you require longer to discuss your health issues please ask our receptionist to book a longer consultation.
Interpreter services can be organised for you in various languages if you let us know at the time of your booking.
Fees and Billing: We are a bulk billing practice. All services for Veteran’s Affairs card holders will be billed directly to DVA. There are out of pocket expenses for procedures which you will be informed about prior to any procedure being undertaken.
Privacy: Your personal health information and medical details will not be divulged to anyone without your permission. Privacy laws do not allow us to provide details of pathology results or other medical information over the phone. If you require specific information you will need to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor. We are a fully computerised practice and with your consent can update your MyHealth online record.
Recalls: Some pathology and specialist results will require us to phone you to make an appointment with the doctor. Please ensure that we have your correct telephone contact number and current address.
Reminder System: Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care.

After Hours: We provide complete after hours service.

Home Visits & Telephone Access: This practise provides home visits for our patients when their condition prevents them from coming.
Doctors in the practice may be contacted during regular hours by phone, but if the doctor is busy, a message will be taken and they will try to return your call as soon as possible. Otherwise you may speak with the nurse initially. Of course, in emergencies, calls will be put through.
Feedback: We welcome your feedback and comments. If you have a
problem, please feel free to talk to your doctor or receptionist. You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box. We take your concerns and suggestions seriously and all comments will be responded to as soon as possible.
